As more Minnesotans get vaccinated for COVID, our local East African communities, indigenous folks, and other communities of color are being left behind.
These groups are at the highest risk for severe COVID and death, yet have been vaccinated at the lowest rates. Not everyone has the time or Internet access to find an appointment online.
Seward Neighborhood Group is holding a Zoom meeting this Sunday to plan how neighbors can help BIPOC folks get access to vaccine appointments. Please come, all are welcome!
