Join SNG Environment Committee on Wednesday March 3rd from 6 – 7:30 p.m. to hear updates and ask questions from Solid Waste & Recycling and Homegrown Minneapolis. Adriana Salse and Kellie Kish will give updates about recycling, organics recycling and waste reduction initiatives and share findings from the COVID-19 waste behavior survey conducted at the end of 2020. Tamara Downs-Schwei will share about the City’s Food Action Plan development, Garden Lease program, and an update on food distribution efforts in the City.
