Community:  Crime & Safety

A safe neighborhood is one where neighbors actively work together to look out for each other. SNG's Crime Prevention and Safety Committee works to coordinate communication and activities between neighbors, block clubs, businesses, schools, and the MPLS Police Department 3rd Precinct to make Seward a neighborhood where all people can feel safe.

At our quarterly meetings we create strategies in partnership with our community members and the 3rd Precinct to address current issues and concerns specific to crime prevention. Join us to help make Seward safe.

The Crime and Safety Committee meets quarterly on the second Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. at the Matthews Center, 2318 28th Ave. S.  Our next meeting is October 9th, 2012.
