DESCRIPTION:Join Seward neighbor\, Peregrine\, for a night of community signing. Meet your neighbors\, learn some songs\, and build resilience. \nTrying times call for strong spirits. Community singing is one way we can cultivate resilience in ourselves and in each other. We sing to feel through grief\, anger\, hope\, and the whole range of emotions that are part of our human experience. No singing ability required! Songs are short\, easy to learn\, and sung repetitively.\nFind us in the School Multipurpose room. Ask Rec Center front desk for help. \nEmail lily@sng.org with any questions. \nWe’re looking for volunteers to help at this event!
