SUMMARY:Community Engagement Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Community Engagement Committee (CEC) works to improve the social aspects of the neighborhood(e.g. renter issues\, police/community relations\, homeless encampments\, public art\, community gardening\, crime/safety issues\, and post-pandemic recovery efforts)\, and create equitable engagement through events and programming. \nThe CEC meets most months on the 3rd Mondays from 6:30-8:00pm in-person at the Matthews Recreation Center Craft Room or via Google Meet. Click this link to view what’s on the agenda for our upcoming meeting\, and read the minutes from our previous meetings. \nMembers collaborate to develop programs and events that build an inclusive\, equitable\, and engaged Seward neighborhood. Membership is open to everyone who lives\, works\, plays\, shops\, and worships in Seward. We’re excited to have you join the conversation!
