SUMMARY:Give to the Max Day 2023
DESCRIPTION:Show your support for Seward Neighborhood Group this Give to the Max Day! As your neighborhood organization\, Seward Neighborhood Group is community-led! Our board is made up of neighbors from across the Seward Neighborhood that help determine the work of the organization. \nNeighborhood organizations across Minneapolis are facing significant funding cuts from the City of Minneapolis\, our primary funding source. We’ve been able to provide programming and host incredible events that bring community together and create connections that radiate throughout our neighborhoods. Without the funding from the City\, we will have to rely on community donations to continue to provide the level of service we have\, which is why we need you this Give to the Max Day! \nYour donation will go back into community to help us to continue to work with neighborhood businesses and residents and support our community through small grants programs\, events\, and volunteer opportunties. \nDonate today at GiveMN.org

SUMMARY:Nature’s Gaze: Artwork by Kat Corrigan at the Vine Arts Center
DESCRIPTION:Vine Arts Center hosts a solo exhibition of original paintings by Kat Corrigan \nVine Arts Gallery presents “Nature’s Gaze”\, an exhibition of  paintings by Minneapolis painter Kat Corrigan and Vine Arts Center member artist. The show opens with an artist reception on Saturday\, March 9 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Gallery hours are Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m through April 6th. As a painter\, it can sometimes be difficult to direct the impact that the work has on the audience. With this series\, Kat Corrigan is using the gaze of her animals to interact with the viewer.
