The Department of Regulatory Services is developing a new Landlord Education Workshop for rental property owners and managers in Min-neapolis. You are invited to attend a pilot session of the workshop and let us know what you think.
The workshop will be 90 minutes long, with an additional 30 minutes to provide detailed feedback. The facilitator will utilize power point, video, handouts and small group activities.
Topics to be covered include:
How do I maintain my rental license?
How do I ensure my property passes inspection?
How do I build and maintain good relations with my tenants?
What tier is my property? How do I move between tiers?
