2019 was a year of energetic transitions for the Seward Neighborhood Group. Our board of 16 neighborhood leaders is as energized as ever to build on the wins we had and continue the beloved traditions of our community. The Seward Neighborhood Group held space for people to celebrate our history, to deliberate on important neighborhood issues, and energize our block clubs. We are excited to double down on neighborhood issues and continue to work on making Seward a more inclusive and vibrant place to live in 2020!
We would love for you to join us for our annual fundraiser, a celebration of our community at the Playwrights’ Center on Saturday, February 22nd to help sustain our work for another year!
This event will take place at the beautiful Playwrights’ Center – 2310 East Franklin Ave, Mpls, MN 55406.
Come by anytime from 7:00pm to 10:00pm to savor food and drink, live music, and bid to win items from our Star Studded Silent Auction!
Our Goal is to raise $5000 to invest back into the Seward Community and organize around issues that matter to all those that live, work, play, and pray in Seward. You are a big part of this.
Great Gatherings:
This year we are introduce another way to support SNG that allows you to pick up a new skill, meet neighbors and have a memorable experience. Our Great Gatherings are a diverse set of ticketed events hosted by Seward Neighbors that range from a soap making workshop to a guided tour of the MIA by an exhibiting artist!
