36th ART

36th ART is 36th Avenue Revitalization and Transformation.

In 2022 neighbors from on and around 36th Avenue began to gather around summertime patio tables to discuss the unmet needs of 36th Avenue South.  We’ve been meeting ever since to find arts and nature-based solutions for the roadway connecting Seward and Longfellow neighborhoods from East 25th Street to East Lake Street.
