The Community Development Committee (CDC) works to improve the built environment, infrastructure, amenities, and services in the Seward neighborhood.

The committee generally meets on the second Tuesdays of each month at 7:00pm at the office of Redesign, Inc. – 2619 East Franklin Avenue. This can be a hybrid meeting, and if circumstances merit, the committee will meet only on Zoom.
