Join Foci Minnesota Center for Glass Arts for a visiting artist lecture by Jiyong Lee, a studio artist and educator who specializes in coldworked* glass techniques.
This is an opportunity to meet a professional glass artist and hear them speak first-hand about how and why they create their artwork. The talk/presentation will be followed by a brief open question and answer period.

*What does glass coldworking mean? Coldworking is a collective term for the many techniques used to alter or decorate glass after the annealing, or cooling, process is complete. This includes: grinding, polishing, cutting, engraving, etching, sandblasting, stippling, and more (Corning Museum of Glass).
