The Community Development Committee (CDC) ensures that Seward’s built environment—housing, commercial and industrial property, utilities, parks, roads, bikeways, transit, pedestrian environment—is safe, improving, serves all residents, owners and workers, and is well-maintained and environmentally sustainable.
The CDC meets most months on the 2nd Tuesdays of each month in-person at the Matthews Center, or via Zoom. As needed use Meeting ID: 829 6977 8274 and Passcode: 852477
